The largest canyon in Africa, and the second largest in the world after the grand Canyon, Fish River Canyon in the South of Naminia is 100 miles long and in places 550 metres deep. The Ai-Ais hot springs lie to its southern end, and supposedly have health benefits, though are closed between November and March. A popular, if often sweltering trail, the Fish River Canyon trail runs 85km, but there's always the cool river to cool off in!
