Guide to Montego Bay

map
Also known as MoBay, the city of Montego Bay is the second largest in Jamaica after Kingston, with a population of 96,000 inhabitants. Located on the northern shore of the island, the former sugar port is now known for its shopping and restaurants, as well as the world class golfing to be found at White Witch's Rose Hall and Tryall. Don't miss Dunn's River Falls and park, where visitors can race down rapids to plunge into the Caribbean Sea, then grab some well-earned jerk chicken at Pork Pit on Gloucester Avenue.
