With a population of around 60,000 inhabitants, Scarborough is the third largest town in North Yorkshire in England. It faces east onto the North Sea, and is separated into a North and South Bay by a rocky promontory. A former Victorian Spa Resort, the city is still a seaside getaway today. With the usual donkey rides and amusements, most of the tourism surrounds the South Bay of the city. Don't miss the quaint miniature railway, a quirky way to view the city.
