On the Italian Riviera, in Genoa, lies the small fishing village of Portofino, in Italy. It lies on the country's north-western coastline, and has a total population of just under 500 people. Well known as a yachting destination, Portofino is the perfect place to just take a stroll and soak up the sleepy aesthetic. Take a dive to see the statue of Christ of the Abyss, located 17 metres below the waters of the bay, and stroll through the churches of St Martin, St George and the Oratory of Santa Maria Assunta.
