This elegant and relaxing park was the private garden of the spanish royal family until the early 19th century when it was opened to the public. The lake, once used to stage mock navel battles, is now a place to hire a row boat and relax on the water. There is also a floating bar. Alongside some interesting landscape architecture there are a couple of monuments that are worth a look.
