As you might expect the capital of Andalucia has plenty of sites of interest. It is fairly easily accessible from Marbella by bus (around 3 hours) and it is more than worth making the trip. Probably the most famous building in Seville is La Giralda which is the tower of the cathedral. The giralda was once the minaret of the mosque but when the Christian armies reconquered Seville the mosque was knocked down and they set about building the biggest gothic cathedral in the world. La Giralda is now the bell tower of the cathedral.
This trip will pick you up from your hotel in Marbella and you will travel to Seville where you will start out with some free time to explore the city. Included in the price are guided tours of both the cathedral and the medieval Jewish quarter. You will also take in some sites from the World Expo including the impressive Plaza de Espana which is a favourite hangout of locals.
