Guide to Dalyan

map
In the southern province of Mugla in Turkey lies the town of Dalyan, an environmentally protected area which can be reached by ferry or Dalaman Airport. The area is famous for its Rock Tombs, etched into the natural cliffs, the remnants of the ancient city of Caunos. Don't miss the natural mud baths and thermal waters nearby, which are said to have once been visited by Cleopatra for their beautifying effects!
