Guide to Bath

map
The city of Bath lies to the south-west of England, in the county of Somerset. It has a total population of almost 84,000 people, is well known as a spa town, for its Roman heritage, Georgian architecture and as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Head to the Roman Baths, which are fuelled by the naturally occurring hot springs which are dotted about the city, the shops of picturesque Pulteney Bridge, and don't miss Bath Abbey, England's last Gothic church.
