Guide to Cornwall

map
In the southwestern tip of England, the county of Cornwall incorporates the Isles of Scilly and extends from the neighbouring Devon into one of the most isolated, warm and beautiful areas of the UK. It has a total population of 537,000 people, and its main and only city is Truro. Cornwall has a strong Celtic identity, the area is UNESCO recognised for its mining heritage and the Scilly Isles were allegedly the home of King Arthur. Don't miss the glorious Eden Project, a pair of domes which house some of the world's most extraordinary and beautiful examples of flora.
